Help Cletus bring in the harvest by collecting the cardboard tubes and then heading to the tomacco field and collecting all of that.
If you collect the tomacco on a car, do be warned that your hit and run level will rise pretty fast. But also be aware that if you're on foot, time runs out a lot quicker too!
